Rude call

if this number matches one of your salesmen 1-84*-410-**** then this is for you and I have also filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General and gave him the number that the call was made from. I told him I was not interested, he said how do you know, I said put me on your no-call list, he replied that he did not have one. I asked if he was familiar with Texas law and replied no, are you and I informed him that he was not to keep trying to sell after I had said that. He said I had ask for info. and I said no and he replied yes you did. I said you are not from TX are you and he said "*** NO". I then ask him if he would like to talk about buying a pre-need funeral plan that I sale and his reply was yes, for you. At that point I did what I regret not doing sooner and hung up. If this is the type of sales people you hire, then I feel sorry for your business.

A company called LMAGE SKIN CARE markets 5x with a free sample offer. If you pay them the $4.95 shipping for the free sample, you will be billed for almost a $100 which is an agreement in fine print on the ad. Customer service is very rude, and will hang up on you at the first sign of your dissatisfaction. If you call back, they will cut off the call. STAY AWAY from 5X ads and any from LMAGE SKIN CARE. They are smooth *** artists, and will take your money and run. You have been warned! Don't give these people the time of day !

I got billed for a total of $190 after I got my trial shipment. I paid for shipping , that is what they were advertising for.

The reality is that it is not a trial for free.

It is a forced purchase! I called my credit card company and asked to file a dispute.

5x Trim is Fraudulent!

5x Trim is a fraudulent company. I feel foolish to have ever believed what they said in an unsolicited call. They promised 30 days to return product for full refund. The product sounded good and the full refund promise was adequate bait. At the end of the call I heard laughing and clapping. I knew it was not legit immediately and foolishly believed Mastercard would help me. I got a return number with info on where to send it. I sent with tracking number. It was delivered almost 8 months ago. They have promised to refund the money but lied. They can see that it was delivered but now claim they need confirmation about the address it was delivered to. That can not be confirmed by the Postal Service. Albsolutely no one should deal with this company. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau but it probably will not make a difference. Cheaters and frauds find ways to get away with not keeping their word.

I was contacted because I was chosen for a weight loss challenge regarding 5XTrim. I was a little disappointed that I had to pay for 1 bottle to get the other 4 for free, but it is actually not a bad deal for a 5 month supply of an all natural weight loss supplement, especially if it works. I have been taking it now for a month as directed and I have lost 11 pounds so far, although I thought it would be more than this by this time. Considering that I am not doing any real exercise on a regular basis and I have not changed my diet much, I guess its really not that bad, now that I think about it. I was going to gripe cause I expected to lose 15 to 20 pounds a month, but if I continue to lose 11 pounds a month, I would say that is acceptable.

I got a phone call also promising my money back guaranteed if it didn't work in 30 days saying that I qualified for a 90 day weight loss challenge. At that time I was also promised a $25 bonus gift card which I have never received and it's been 90 days. I called them back every Tuesday for 11 weeks trying to get the confirmation sent to my email about this 90 day challenge, they said they would email it to me they said they would mail it to me and I never received a thing. I have talked to a man named Joe, a woman named sharrel, & a lady named Laurel... the last time I talked to Sharrel ask me why I haven't received anything in my email or in my mail she hung up on me

They just say your past your 30 day trial and when I tried to talk she just said " I don't care" and proceeded to hang up.

they phone me and convinced me to order the product promising a 30 day money back guarantee, buy one bottle and get 4free plus a $25 gift certificate. The product guarantee was only for 30 days from their ship date. I got the product with only 7 days to actually try the product before the guarantee was out dated. and, there was no gift certificate. After 5 days, I had not lost any weight as promised between 3-5 lbs / week so I called to get an RMA to return product but was rudely told that there is no refund on what I got and they hung up on me. I called back and was again told no refund and hung up on. They lie.

Lied to me

I got a call from these people, was offered the product for the shipping price of $9.99, having asked several times if I would be charged anything else, was told NO, a lie, I was charged another $109 after recieving an email saying I had stopped all shipments and nothing else would be taken out of my account. Then hung up on twice after being called a liar, that they did not operate that way. Can't get my money back and I'm on a fixed income.

I only had this product for 7 days. Its may my mouth swell up. I could not breath. Still no help. I am call my bank in the am. To put in as fraud at there end and let the fight to get my money back. I bought in to their scam. I was told I would lose a lot of weight and be paid for every pound I lost. Once I received the 5 bottles, and started taking the stuff, It made me sick to my stomach. It gave me indigestion, diarrhea, nausea and it made me throw up. Now I am stuck with all those bottles and lost my money since they gave me a fake phone number. I had sour stomach and oily stuff coming up. I hope I can somehow get those $106 back from them

11/09/15 - It's a joint scam and there will be NO ONE with whom you can receive any remedy! They ALL work together! When I called today to get my Returned Merchandise Authorization number, Laurel (I think that's right) was sighing and talked with a general pi$$y attitude. When I asked her to spell her name she about went off the deep end! I COULD NOT BELIEVE what was happening to me & more importantly, my 109.95! SHE HUNG UP ON ME! When I called back, hoping for a kinder, gentler soul, it was another snotty-sounding woman who made the declaration that I had already received my RMA# - LIES! Go to the Atty General's office in Cheyenne and get your complaint form, then contact your bank and ask them to start an investigation. BTW - on your bank statement transactions, it will be Desert Botanicals that got your money, not 5Xtrim600! Apply pressure Ladies! I AM!

I am completing that complaint today and mailing back. #2 - Call your credit/debit card bank today and alert them to these criminals AND you want an investigation initiated. They WILL do that. #3 - The name that your money went to is: Desert Botanicals (at least that's the name used when robbing Texans) #4 - Apply pressure thru the Wyoming State Atty Gen Ofc, Cheyenne, specifically and your cc bank. #5 - Don't give up!

I was randomly called from this company about a month ago and was talked into trying out this product only because I was told that I would get a full refund within my 30 day trial if I was unsatisfied with the product FOR ANY REASON. The package remains unopened in my house, waiting on an RMA code, which I was denied multiple times by the extremely rude customer service agents Joe and Cher. I was disrespected by both of these people and hung up on multiple times. This is not how a company should act especially to people that they are TAKING money from. I was so rudely spoken to and not given a chance to speak for myself. The 30 day money back guarantee that I was told by Ingrid would be in play was denied to me by the two awful customer service agents I talked to. When I asked for Ingrid, the woman who had lied to me about the product she tricked me into buying, I was ignored and then hung up on. This company should not be allowed to say one thing to get people to buy their products and then say another after the product has been charged. This issue needs to be resolved with the company or else law enforcements will be contacted.

First off, I called in because I placed the order for rush shipping, which was not so rushed! The girl that answers the phone already had an attitude.. a loud sigh as she answered. I asked if she had my account pulled up or needed the order number before I told her what was wrong.. she says okay sure. It takes a moment, which you could hear conversations in the background, not them on the phone.. Im guessing I may have interfered with her conversation, since she didnt seem very happy. I tell her, I was told I could return the bottles before my 10 day trial.. she states, this is not a trial! I tell her that is not what I was told.. is there another number I need to call or someone else I should speak with. The lady was loud with me first, so I go loud and told her Im getting different information as im getting extremely upset knowing that she is not helping me with anything.. She gets loud, so I get loud, then she says dont raise your voice to me and have a good day.. then hangs up. I call back, hoping to get someone else, but instead the phone rings, I can hear the lady talking, then Im transferred somewhere, then silence, then the phone disconnected on me.. I can only guess it must have been that same rude girl that could not help one bit!! I will be calling back to report her and I hope they record calls!!

This criminal enterprise won't be going to the expense of recording calls because that recording would include their LIES! It would sink them in a Court of Law.

I called back today 11/09/15 and I do believe that 'sweet' Laurel was on the other end, I said, "You're boring - Yall are goin' DOWN!" Hubbs heard me and said I hope you weren't recorded, I said, I HOPE I WAS!

They are not going to spend the money on call recording because it would implicate them beyond any reasonable doubt!!!

Wyoming's Attorney General's Office is 307-777-****, call and make your complaint part of the record against them.

File a complaint form, call BBB and file a complaint there, call your cc bank and have them open an investigation on their scamming the public!

Don't give up, don't quit - Btw - the entity's name that stole your hard-earned $ is 'Desert Botanicals'! At least that's the scammer's name that robs Texans!

I had the same rude encounter with a customer service representative, a guy named Joel, who hung up on me as well. I was told that I had a 30 day money back guarantee when I purchased the product and then told that I could not return my order once I had received the product and didn't like the results.

Did you ever get any feedback from the owners of this company? Because I would also like to speak with someone in charge, because this kind of fraud is against the law and I would hate to have to take legal action but am not against it.

I absolutely love 5xTrim6000. I lost 47 lbs and revived $329 after my 90 weight loss challenge!!!

At first I was apprehensive do to comments but am so happy I trusted my instinct. The last company who sold me Garcinia Cambogia and made me take a pic daily with the news paper. NSL= Nutrition Science Labs informed me that you want to take Garcinia in conjunction with a fat burner or blocker. 5x contains both.

The challenge was super easy!!! On the first day (Day 1 of challenge) I took a front view of my body, side view, and a pic of the number on my scale. Then the same on the last (90th day of challenge). I sent my results and NO JOKE received my Wells Fargo check 8 days later.

I have recommend this product to my sister, best friend, and Aunt as well. All have had amazing results. I DO NOT diet but do walk 2-3 times a week. They explained you don't have to diet with this product and she was right.

This is such a rip off. I asked for rush delivery and it took a week to get to me but I was reimbursed the rush delivery cost. I called because I wasn't losing any weight and I was told that you have to be on it for 30 days however they only give you 30 days from the date of purchase to get a refund which does not make Because in reality you don't have 30 days to give it a try to see if it actually works since by the time your order gets to you seven days have already passed so you only have 23 days left to see if it actually works and be able to get a refund.

I am going through the same thing, they sent me 2 package I ordered one , but they can't give me a return address so I up against a wall but no one can help me Laurel is very rude in customers service Brittany was nice an long with a few more. I do wish it is something we can do to this company they are ripping us off on a product that doesn't work...

I only would like a return address which no one can give me , a trail is a trail return if you do not want a lie they tell... rip off I am so so disappointed I will never , never let any one I know get suck in....

I just simply called to ask how much longer I have to return my product and the lady who answered immediately starts talking over me, telling me I had 7 days to do so Oct. 9th. THAT IS NOT WHAT I ASKED HER I ASKED A SIMPLE QUESTION. It was none of her *** business as to why I didn't get it out when they sent me a confirmation. I was told from jump I have a 30 day money back guarantee. Then she just hangs up on me, completely disgusting - worst costumer service I've ever encountered. And that wasn't the 1st time, almost everyone Ive spook to was rude. I do believe that this is a false company otherwise they wouldn't have such utterly bad service.
